[If his face was hot before, it's positively boiling now.]

I'm-- [He stammers, staring down at the floor, because it seems like the safest option at the moment.] I'm going to my room to change!

[And he turns on his heels and flees, half-wondering if Victor's going to follow him.]

[wauuu]

[Victor follows, laughing, in his usual breezy way asks]

Are you doing it now? Do you need help?

[yokunaru]

[For a split second, Yuuri looks like he might actually be considering it as he pauses in the hallway. If he's honest with himself, he's thought of Victor quite often. He's just joking, he tells himself firmly, He doesn't actually mean it.]

You don't have to tease me like that, Victor. [He says, frowning slightly.] I already know you have a lot of experience with...this.

[wauuu]

[Whoops, he wasn't actually expecting to get called out on the ditsy act. Usually he's so forward that Yuri just bumbles away and he's left having amused himself.] I mean, kind of? [as he said before, he has people who do this sort of thing for him]

[yokunaru]

"Kind of"...?

[The slight downturn of his lips lingers. Admittedly, he'd expected Victor to simply laugh it off, not this reaction.

He turns now, eyes searching Victor's for something that might clue him into the other man's thoughts.]

You followed me. Were you just doing that to tease me or is there...something that you want from me?

[wauuu]

I do quite like teasing you. [is this the start of some reciprocation? Victor puts on a more honest smile. He'll smoothly close the gap between them, his index finger trailing up the other man's neck to draw his gaze upward to meet Victor's]

But if you need my help, it would be very irresponsible of me to refuse you, Yuri.

[yokunaru]

[Immediately, his gaze slides to the side, bashful. Though he's gotten used to Victor's familiar touches during the months of training, the words hanging between them make this one feel different. The more selfish part of him wants to accept whatever Victor's offering, despite knowing this might make things more complicated.

Swallowing nervously, Yuuri forces himself to meet Victor's gaze again.]

...okay. [He breathes out, mustering up all the courage he has in him.] B-but only if you're sure.

[wauuu]

I'm very sure. A coach should be glad to have their advice embraced. [he's so damn smug and curious how Yuri will move this along... or if he will look to Victor for all the guidance.]

[yokunaru]

[A coach. Right. That's all there is to this--just a coach giving some advice. Somehow Yuuri doesn't think he's managed to convince himself of that, even in his own mind. Victor isn't trying to wiggle his way out of this, though, and that's the only reassurance he needed.

Yuuri glances down the hallway, where he can still hear his mother's voice mixing with the guests'. He bites his lip nervously.]

Let's do this later. [When people are less likely to interrupt, he doesn't say.]

[wauuu]

Whenever you need, Yuri. [he'll pat Yuri's shoulder and spin on a heel, leaving him to get changed for practice. The middle of a day was an odd time. Victor is honestly curious if Yuri will bring this up later and when and where. It seemed too bold, but maybe Victor had misjudged him. He hopes he's misjudged him.]

[yokunaru]

[All throughout practice, and even on the way back to the inn, Victor will probably notice Yuuri sneaking looks at him when he thinks he isn't paying attention. Not exactly out of the norm for him, but the stares seem a little weightier than usual, like he's being given careful consideration this time around.

It happens on their way out of the baths--Yuuri's hand curls around Victor's wrist impulsively. It's a fleeting touch; Yuuri lets go as quickly as he'd reached out, all too aware of their audience. He knows the other guests might have already gotten an eyeful of Victor and Yuuri's antics in previous days, but that doesn't make Yuuri any less self-conscious, considering what he's asking.]

Do you still...? [He trails off, blush returning, but he stands firm, looking oddly determined to see this through.]

[wauuu]

[Victor stops when he's reached out for, looking back at Yuri curiously. The look of determination, the bubbling up of red across his features; all very cute. He'll lift his hands and brush fingertips along Yuuri's jawline.]

Ready for a more private lesson?

[Viktor's fingertips are warm against Yuuri's skin. The touch encourages him to reach up and cover Viktor's hand with his own, finally allowing himself to reciprocate just a little bit more.]

Yes. [Despite the nervous, rapid beating of his heart, he manages to keep his voice from wavering too much.]

[wauuu]

My room? Or yours--?

[yokunaru]

[Briefly remembering all the posters that had been shoved hastily under his bed when Victor first arrived--]

Um, yours.

[wauuu]

We'll try not to make a lot of noise, then. [he'll wink, heading toward his room with a beckoning finger. It's was normally a banquet hall and not exactly away from the public areas like the bedrooms are, after all.]

[yokunaru]

[All Yuuri can do is follow him, eyes trained on the back of Victor's head. Thankfully, they don't run into anyone on the way there, because Yuuri's almost positive something in his expression would have given him away.

With some relief, he slides the door shut and then turns toward Victor expectantly.]

[wauuu]

[Victor will spin back to face Yuri, once they've reached the privacy of his room]

Such a determined expression! I hope you don't think this will be a chore.

[yokunaru]

No! It's not that. [Yuuri shakes his head quickly, adamantly. Personal feelings aside, Yuuri wants more than anything to perfect the routine. For himself, and for Victor, who took this season off to coach him. He's representing both of them on the ice now, not just himself, and flubbing as badly as he did before just isn't an option.]

Just...nervous. [He allows himself to admit that much.]

[wauuu]

Well, don't get performance anxiety. [though he could draw a few parallels between this as a performance and skating, he won't]

Maybe I should show you, first.

[yokunaru]

Okay. Let's do that.

[Relieved that Victor had picked a place for them to start, Yuuri gingerly takes a seat at the edge of Victor's bed.]

[wauuu]

[Victor will watch Yuri sit and cross over to him, before crawling to straddle his lap. He'll put his hands on the man's shoulders, looking at him coyly]

Well, the first thing you need is something that turns you on.

[yokunaru]

[Victor. In his lap. For a second, Yuuri feels as if he's meeting Victor on that first night again, stunned by the man's proximity and having absolutely no idea what to do about it.]

I think this is working. [Thoroughly flustered, his voice emerges as a squeak.]

[wauuu]

That's good. [he keeps that coy smirk on to rub his hands up Yuri's shoulders]

You have to let yourself fantasize. What's something you think is sexy, Yuri?

[yokunaru]

[Yuuri swallows, knowing his face is turning red again. If Victor keeps his up, he's going to stay like this permanently.]

Well... [He knows what he should say, no matter how unbelievable it is now--"katsudon" has always been his thing for eros since that dinner when he blurted it out, but Yuuri knows more than anyone that it's not exactly what he thinks about when he's skating the routine now. It hasn't been, since Onsen on Ice.

His gaze lowers, breaking away from Victor's. Softly, barely above a whisper--] ...you.
