Break me, pour me out, and start again
[Despite the crazy, mismatched collection of humans and creatures in the shack, Pacifica still manages to stick out like a sore thumb. While everyone else is clustered around McGucket's plans or already running off to get supplies, Pacifica stands off to the side, feeling awkward and not even trying to hide it for once.
Part of her's still stunned at how badly things had gone downhill in just a few days. That could certainly account for her reluctance to help. But the truth is, she doesn't know how to help, even if she wanted to. Pacifica's never really questioned how she was raised until her parents abandoned their guests to their deaths in this year's disaster of a party. Even after that, she's never found fault with the easy life she's led...until now. Maybe just a little. She still thinks manual labor is way beneath her, but it feels wrong to be sitting on her hands while everyone else is pitching in to save Gravity Falls. The thing is, all of the skills she's acquired are useless here, and her pride isn't ready to let her ask someone to teach her.
Wallowing in feelings of guilt (curse you, new-found conscience), Pacifica immediately leaps into the highest defensive mode when she catches Dipper looking at her.]
What? [She snaps, eyes narrowing dangerously. He might've been decent to her once the lumber ghost was put to rest, but she isn't going to just take it if he makes fun of the raggedy clothes like his sister did.]
